If something goes wrong with your purchase, start by contacting customerr care to resolve the issue directly. To do this, please make sure you email customer care within 30 days from the date the payment was made.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the customer care, please email support@18.133.87.35 with your email subject start with ” Escalate to a claim” within 20 days after comunicating initially with customer care to escalate the process to a claim. Let us review it and decide the outcome.

We investigate and resolve the claim.
