ORDERS & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Coveti orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order.

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times:

Our designers produce their collections in limited quantities. So in case the size you want is not available, we will check if it can be custom made for you. Generally speaking, designers aim to ship all orders within 4 business days after the order is placed. Having said that, every once in a while it may take longer to ship, and if this is the case for your order, we will keep you posted.

DHL EXPRESS: delivery within 7 days from dispatch.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only. Coveti cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and estimated arrival date by text message – including a message on the day of delivery to let you know your order is on its way (some exceptions apply).

If you order from multiple Coveti partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you wish to do so we will refund you the full price of the returned item given that it meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to the Coveti partner(s) you ordered from.

You have the right to from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via Coveti Limited, Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, Wc1n 3ax, United Kingdom, [email protected]

Fax: 01234/567890 by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or E -Mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. We will send you a return voucher for DHL via email.

We don’t include the cost of value-added tax (“VAT”). We deliver your order as DAP (Delivery At Place) destination, the price you pay to Coveti will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order

SHIPPING TO USA

For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN, or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the Coveti partner for a refund.

Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been created especially for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized item were faulty or damaged when delivered to you.
