 By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant, and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to coveti.com through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

To make purchases on Coveti you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

coveti.com is available only to individuals and others who meet the Coveti terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Coveti, whose applications are acceptable to Coveti, and who have authorized Coveti to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased on coveti.com are for personal or gift use only and should not be resold or copied for commercial purposes or any other commercial advantage. Furthermore, Coveti holds the right to restrict multiple quantities of the same item being shipped to any one customer.

 Prices shown on coveti.com is localized to your home country. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price of a product displayed on our site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

From time to time, prices are subject to change due to currency exchange rate changes, discounts, and other commercial reasons. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

You will be the importer of the international delivery of your order. Therefore, before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check that the Products you are planning to import comply with government import regulations and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your Order. If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these.

Orders are delivered Saturday to Thursday between 9 am and 6 pm. All international shipments are delivered within ten days.  Please note the shipping times mentioned are a guide and are based on the time from dispatch. Coveti cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, however, we aim to minimize any potential delays.

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns Policy. Coveti offers returns for items eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy.  Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:

• • Full Price:  Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a refund within 14 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you. Your returned item must arrive at the Coveti partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant Coveti partner’s location within 14 days.
  • Promotions & Markdowns:  Products that are purchased with a Promotion or Markdowns are eligible for return for a refund within 7 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

• Final Sale:  Products purchased on final sale (as further described below) are not eligible for return or a refund.
• Items must be returned undamaged, unworn, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• If you are trying on footwear, please make sure to take extra care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

Your Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including Coveti and designer hanging tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags should all be included where provided. If your order did not include the proper packaging, please email care@coveti.com

Any returned Products which are damaged, do not include the original packaging materials, or are soiled or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns.  Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Coveti Partner Boutique.  Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse.

The costs of gift wrapping, shipping, and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

Coveti monitors the number and condition of Products returned and orders canceled by customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Coveti account or future orders being refused.

Product Colors

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Coveti cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item, please contact care@coveti.com prior to placing your order.

Final Sale— Due to the nature of the following items, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you:

• Customized items
• Swimwear/Lingerie / Hosiery
• Fur coats, gillets, and stoles
• Exotic leathers
• Special Order Items

If you return or send any Product that is not eligible for return or refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to items considered Final Sale), any Product that is not listed on the return authorization from Coveti in respect of the respective shipment from you to us, and/or any product that you did not purchase from Coveti, we may, without notice to you, retain and dispose of such Product(s) and/or product(s) at our discretion, and refunds or credits will not be issued for such Product(s) and/or product(s).

 We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by one customer, and continued returns will be flagged and might potentially be refused at our discretion or might lead to the closure of your Coveti account. At coveti.com we have no intention to affect your Consumer Rights as stated in UK Law.

As your order will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Care at customercare@coveti.com as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.

Due to the high cost of litigation, both you and  coveti.com agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any dispute, claim or action arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on  coveti.com, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this T&Cs or any part of it (“Dispute”), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.

In the event that a Dispute has not been settled by the relevant parties by the end of such thirty (30) calendar day period, the parties hereby agree that the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. Both you and  coveti.com agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent that must be satisfied prior to initiate any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you. You agree that you have not relied on any representation outside of these T&Cs. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these T&Cs. Nothing in these T&Cs shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation.
