The Penelope Bow Barrette features Swarovski crystal and pearl adornment on a lush silk velvet ribbon. Each bow is constructed by hand in our Brooklyn studio, and is finished in the back with an automatic barrette closure, making it possible to wear a number of ways: in the back of the hair, swept to the side, above a ponytail, and more.

The Penelope Bow Barrette is made by hand in New York of silk velvet, with Swarovski crystal and pearl, and a steel automatic barrette closure. We recommend treating this bow as you would a piece of jewelry, and storing in the dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used before placement in the hair.
