The editor’s guide to buying Emilia Wickstead
Start with a dress in the house shape: fitted bodice, defined waist, full skirt. The Mara is the classic, and this season it comes in red floral cloque. Then add tailoring, such as the Sorrel Jacket in black and camel check, and finish with the Grenda tassel loafer. For winter weddings choose a full midi in printed mikado; for black tie, a velvet column and the gold Malinda. Our guides to Emilia Wickstead dresses, winter wedding guest dresses and Christmas party dresses go through every shape.
