The Cosette Voilette Headband is made in New York from silk-velvet ribbon and French nylon veiling with Swarovski crystal embellishment, and a base lined in grosgrain to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. We recommend storing headbands in their dust bag while not in use. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals, including hairspray, which should be used only before placement in the hair.
