How Coveti works

Coveti is a curated marketplace, not a reseller of grey-market stock. Each designer on the site is stocked directly from the label and from a network of partner boutiques in London, Milan, Paris, Melbourne and Dubai, and every parcel is inspected by Coveti’s authentication team before it ships and again if it is returned. The edit favours independent and emerging houses over logo brands: Australian occasion labels such as Aje, Alémais and Zimmermann, Lebanese couture from Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad, Parisian bag makers such as Polène and Ateliers Auguste, and quiet-luxury names such as Toteme and The Row.

Every product page shows the designer, the material, the country of origin, the sizes in stock and the price in US dollars. Designer pages carry the label’s history, a size guide and the full in-stock collection. An AI stylist, trained on the catalogue, answers styling and sizing questions.

Shipping, duties and returns in plain terms

  • Delivery: express only, by DHL Express and FedEx International Priority, insured for 110% of the order value until signature. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and travel in 2 to 5 business days.
  • Import duties: for most countries Coveti ships Delivered Duty Unpaid, so the courier collects any local duties and taxes on delivery. For orders to the United States Coveti covers the majority of import duties. The shipping and returns protocol has the full terms.
  • Returns: request a return within 5 days of delivery and send it back within 14; a flat return processing fee and the original shipping cost are deducted from the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method after a 3 to 5 business-day inspection.

Coveti was founded and is led by Heba Al Fazari. The company is headquartered at Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, with hubs in Miami and Dubai, and its seed investor is 500 Global.

Is Coveti an independent designer marketplace?

Yes. Coveti stocks more than 190 independent and emerging luxury designers rather than mass-market logo brands, with one designer page per label and the full in-stock collection under it. New designers are added through a scouting programme and through the brand recommendation form.

Does Coveti sell sustainable luxury fashion?

Coveti does not certify sustainability itself. Many of the designers it stocks produce in small batches, made to order, in family-run ateliers, and each product page states the material and the country of origin so that shoppers can judge for themselves. Coveti’s own ethical commitments are set out in its ethical protocol.

Does Coveti sell unique designer gifts, handmade jewellery and homeware?

Coveti sells designer jewellery and fine jewellery, bags, shoes, accessories and clothing, much of it handmade in small quantities, and it offers gift cards. It does not sell homeware.
