For red carpets. The Lisette has a plunging halter neckline and comes in Platinum, Lilac and Ballerina Pink. The Santa Fe in Snow and the Kimiko close high at the neck instead.

Fine straps and a body-skimming line: the Rosalie in Fern Green, the Ariel in Illusion and the fringed Iris in Snow.

What the gowns are made of

Most of the beaded gowns are 100% nylon, the sheer base the beads are stitched onto, and they are fully lined. The crepe gowns are 92% polyester and 8% polyurethane, which gives them a little stretch. Every gown is dry clean only, and the house names India and China as the country of make.

Fit and sizing

Jenny Packham uses UK sizes from UK 6 to UK 20 on most gowns, and a UK 10 is a US 6 and an EU 38. The house model is 178cm and wears a UK 8. Most gowns fit true to size. The strapless and corseted gowns fit small, and the house recommends one size up on 15 of the new pieces, including the Lucille, Kimi, Rey, Sirocco, Juliette, Only You, Soyala and Estelle.
