Muaddi trained at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan and with the artisans of the Riviera del Brenta, co-founded Oscar Tiye in 2013 and launched her own label in August 2018. Footwear News named it Launch of the Year in 2018 and Muaddi Designer of the Year in 2019; she designed the footwear for Rihanna’s Fenty line, which dropped in July 2020, and received the Neiman Marcus Award for Innovation in Fashion in 2023.
