The corset midi dress
This is the shape most people mean when they search for a Markarian dress. The bodice is cut close and shaped like a corset, and the skirt runs close to the midi, usually with a slit at the back for walking. Four versions are new on Coveti.
- Ginevra Silver Midi Dress: silver brocade, a rounded neckline, a low scooped back and a flounced ruffle at the hem.

Gowns and long dresses
The Clover Silver Gown is the house gown: a folded off-the-shoulder neckline over a slim column, with a back slit. The same shape comes in pink bouquet ikat as the Clover Pink Bouquet Ikat Gown, made with Over The Moon. For softer lines, the Neroli gown is bias-cut black satin with a velvet peplum ruffle, and the Aziza slip gown is covered in sapphire, onyx and ivory-toned beads. Halter, mini and relaxed shapes
Ravenna Scarlet Halter Dress is the most graphic piece of the season. It has a high halter neck, a fitted bodice and an A-line skirt in scarlet guipure sequins, with a sculptural bow falling down the scooped back. Keep the front simple and let the back do the talking.
Althea Sequin and Feather Mini Dress is the only mini in the new drop. Pale blue sequins run from neck to hem, the sleeves are long, and feather trim sits at the cuffs and hem. It works for holiday parties with sheer black tights, and for a bridal after-party with a bare leg.
For daytime, Coquette Sequined Cotton Midi Dress scatters gold and bronze sequin flowers over white cotton, with ruffled sleeves and a keyhole neckline. Marina Maroon Midi Dress is burgundy crinkle chiffon with a small periwinkle floral print, sheer capelet sleeves and a fluid A-line skirt.

Fabric and care
Almost every Markarian dress is fully lined in 100% silk. The new Fall 2026 dresses are all silk-lined, while Marina is lined except at the sleeves and Cypress is cut in a structured taffeta of 52% recycled polyester and 48% polyester. Most pieces are dry clean only; Althea is spot clean only. Store embellished dresses on a padded hanger, away from direct heat, with the sequins and beads covered.
