CHATS by C.Dam is the ready-to-wear label of Vietnamese designer Cuong Dam. He graduated from the Hanoi University of Architecture in 2013 and opened CHATS in Hanoi with a group of friends soon after. His fashion house, CDAM, dates its founding to 2014.
