Aje Resort 2027: The Siren Collection Edit

0

Aje Resort 2027 is called Siren. Adrian Norris and Edwina Forest showed it at Australian Fashion Week on 13 May 2026, inside The Lands by Capella, the restored heritage building in the Sydney CBD, with the whole room washed in soft pink. The founders built the collection around a drive across Australia, from the coast to the outback and back into the city. The first pieces are now landing at Coveti, and this is our edit of the ones worth knowing.

What Siren is about

The mood is the Australian landscape after dark: night skies, outback sand, wild shorelines. On the runway that became sheer organza in big, airy volumes, sequins and feathers for evening, fringe that moves when you walk, and suede and vegan leather to give the softer looks some weight. The palette follows the land. Carob brown, spiced orange, cherry red, zest yellow and ice pink sit next to the house ivory and black. If you are new to the label, our guide to who Aje is covers the story so far.

The organza tiers

Organza was the star of the show, and the tiered pieces are where it lands best. The Sorela Gown in spiced orange falls in layers from a halter neck with gold hardware, and the Sorela Top keeps the same tiers at hip length for a skirt you already own. In zest, the Antonella Gown is the softest thing in the collection. For something shorter, the Sorela Mini Dress in carob gives you the volume without the length.

Sequins and feathers

The Elysian family is the evening story. Each piece is sequinned all over and finished with a feather hem, and it comes in carob and pale pink. The Elysian Sequin Maxi Dress is the full-length option, the Elysian Sequin Mini Dress is the party version, and the Elysian Sequin Top with the Elysian Sequin Mini Skirt work as a set. Pair either half with plain tailoring to keep it wearable.

Fringe, suede and leather

This is the harder edge of Siren. The Farrow Fringe Shirt is semi-sheer with a fringed yoke, and the Nerra Fringe Midi Dress carries a long fringed hem. The Varleta Suede Leather Jacket in cherry red is cut oversized with a covered press-stud front, and it is a jacket you will wear long after the season ends. The Norix Bandeau Top, in a glossy black finish, was one of the looks Aje chose to highlight from the runway.

Tailoring and capes

Aje cut a tight tailoring capsule for Resort. The Rosalia Blazer is double breasted with gold buttons, and the Rosalia Midi Skirt matches it for a full suit. The Lyric Cape is made of layered organza petals, and the Ravena capes come with a feather trim in ivory and black. Throw a cape over a slip dress and you are ready for a cocktail invitation.

The denim

Denim runs through the collection as the everyday layer under the organza. The Kirra Denim Mini Dress in ivory is rigid denim with an exposed back zip, and the Georgini pieces in sand wash cover a shirt, jeans and shorts. For more on how the label cuts denim, read our Aje denim guide.

How to shop the drop

Siren pieces sit across the Aje edit at Coveti as they arrive. Aje uses Australian numeric sizing, and our Aje sizing guide converts it to UK, US and EU. For black tie, the Aje gowns guide picks up where this edit stops.
