Hand-drawn hydrangea blooming across a green silk satin base, the boldest of the three.

Red berries scattered on soft pink, the lightest and the easiest with colour.

Five ways to wear a 65 cm square

At the neck. Folded on the bias into a band and knotted once at the side, over a plain crew-neck knit, and over an open shirt. The size is right for this and wrong for a long drape.

On a bag. Knotted through the cord handle of the Round Bag Embroidered in Black Lingerie Rose Embroidery on Black and around the handle of any top-handle bag. The house makes its bags to carry a print, so a matching scarf reads deliberate.

As a headscarf. Folded into a triangle and tied under the chin, which is the Bernadette way, and tied behind the head with the point at the nape.

In the hair. Rolled into a band over a low ponytail, and tied around a bun so the print sits on top.

At the waist. Threaded through the belt loops of a plain trouser, and knotted over the waistband of the Camille Knee Length Skirt in Check Cream, Brown and Pink when you want to pull the print through.
