The Posse Resort 2027 Edit: Sets, Beading and One Very Good Leather Jacket

Posse’s Resort 2027 delivery has landed at Coveti, and it is a collection built almost
entirely in pairs. Thirty-seven pieces, most of them one half of something.

The logic runs through the whole drop. Sofia is a beaded wine mesh that appears as a
cami, a top, a mini skirt and a mini dress. Verity is a silk-cotton cut into a jacket, a
skirt, a top and two mini dresses. Elise is a flocked polka dot georgette in rouge, made
up as a maxi, a mini, a skirt and a cowl-neck top. You are meant to mix them.

The five that matter

Perrie Jacket in Cocoa, 1,070 US dollars

The most expensive piece in the delivery and the one with the longest life. One
hundred per cent calf leather in a deep chocolate, cut short with a tie belt and a
collarless round neck. It is the piece that has nothing to do with resort and everything
to do with wearing the collection in February.

Verity Jacket, 740 US dollars, in black and cream

Twenty-three per cent silk to seventy-seven per cent cotton, which is an unusual ratio
and gives the cloth a dry hand with a little lustre. There is a matching skirt, top and
mini dress. Buy the jacket alone if you buy nothing else from the group.

Elise Dress in Rouge Dot, 710 US dollars

Maxi length, sweetheart neckline, a dropped-waist bodice with ruching and a sheer
gathered skirt over it. The polka dot is flocked onto crinkle georgette rather than
printed flat, so it catches light at the hem. The wedding-guest piece of the delivery.

Sofia Mini Dress in Wine, 660 US dollars

Fully embellished mesh with beaded trim, in a wine that reads closer to burgundy than
red. There is a cami, a top and a mini skirt in the same cloth. The cami is the buy if
you want the fabric without committing to the occasion.

Rosanna Pant in Black, 580 US dollars

Mid rise, semi-cropped, in an acetate-polyester blend with a line of custom glass
beading at the hem. There is a matching blouse and a dress. The pant is the quiet one and
the one that will get worn most, under a plain knit with a heel.
