Alexander McQueen is British luxury fashion, founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in London in 1992 and part of the Kering group since 2000, when Gucci Group took a 51% stake. Lee McQueen apprenticed on Savile Row at Anderson & Sheppard and Gieves & Hawkes before Central Saint Martins, and the house still cuts its shoes and bags with a tailor’s eye for line.
