What makes the Iside

The shape is a stack of planes: a flat back, a tall front and a flap that folds down over both at an angle. The twist-lock clasp sits at the centre of the flap, and the Costa edge outlines every panel in black, so the bag reads as a drawing of itself. It holds its form when empty, which is why it photographs so cleanly, and the strap clips on at the sides so it moves from hand to shoulder to crossbody without changing its look.
