Casablanca Bags: The Biker, Banana, Raver and Monogram Weekender

For a house built on silk shirts, Casablanca has become surprisingly good at bags. They do the same thing the clothes do: a strong graphic idea, a bit of 1970s glamour, and proper Italian making underneath. Here is the current range, what each bag is made of and who it suits.

The Biker bag

The Biker is the bag I would buy first. It is an expandable shoulder bag in Italian leather with the house’s Casa inscription across the front, zip detailing, gold-plated hardware and a rounded shape. The Brown Biker Bag adds an embossed alligator print and an adjustable leather strap, so it wears on the shoulder and across the body. The Black Biker Bag and the Silver Biker Bag are the smooth versions, about 23cm wide, 7cm deep and 16cm high.

The Slim Biker is the longer, flatter shoulder version. The Brown Slim Biker Bag and Black Slim Biker Bag sit higher under the arm, which suits a coat better than the rounded Biker.

The Banana bag

The Banana is exactly what it sounds like: a curved leather bag shaped like a banana, on a thin shoulder strap. In the Yellow Banana Bag it is a joke you are in on. In the Silver Banana Bag it is closer to a piece of jewellery. Both are 100% leather, made in Italy.

The Raver bag

The Raver is a soft, sculpted shoulder bag in goat leather. The Black Raver Bag is the one that goes with everything; the Silver Raver Bag has a mirrored finish that needs very little else around it.

The monogram crossbody and weekender

Casablanca’s monogram line comes in two materials. The calf leather versions, the Black Monogram Crossbody Bag and Brown Monogram Crossbody Bag, are tonal and discreet. The coated canvas versions, the Dark Brown Monogram Crossbody Bag and Beige Monogram Crossbody Bag, carry the diamond monogram in colour with a laurel-pattern stripe and come with a 91cm strap. The crossbody measures about 20 by 7 by 13cm.

The weekender is the full-size holdall in the same two materials: the Black Monogram Weekender Bag and Black Mini Monogram Weekender Bag in calf leather, and the Beige Monogram Weekender Bag and Dark Brown Monogram Weekender Bag in coated canvas. The mini is the better city size.

Crochet and collaboration bags

For summer, the White & Green Crochet Bag and White & Brown Crochet Bag are cotton crochet totes with CASA BLANCA worked into the front. The Mint Ladurée x Casablanca Crochet Bag comes from the summer 2026 collaboration with the Paris pâtisserie Ladurée.

Care

Wipe leather with a soft dry cloth and store it stuffed with tissue in its dust bag, away from sun and heat, so it keeps its shape. Clean coated canvas with a soft damp cloth.
