The Flex Bag is Mlouye’s origami bag: a triangle made from flat leather panels folded into shape, with a suede two-way zip across the top. How the Flex converts
The Flex Bag has a short leather handle and a detachable shoulder strap. On the strap it is a shoulder bag; take the strap off and the handle slips over the wrist, so the bag hangs like a pouch; hold it by the body and it is a clutch. The suede top zips both ways, which matters on a triangle: you can open it from either end without turning the bag round.

Which size to buy
Buy the full Flex if it will be your day bag; it carries more than it looks. The Mini Flex is the evening and weekend size and sits close to the body on its strap. The Flex Charm is a gift, and it is the cheapest way to own the shape.
The colours
Because the Flex is three flat planes, Mlouye often shades each plane differently, so the folds read clearly: Duck Green, Denim and Multicolour are the strongest examples. Single-colour Carbon and Vanilla are the quiet versions.
How to wear it
