Nieve: sequins with fringe
Nieve is knitted in a sequinned melange yarn (cotton with nylon and a touch of elastane) and edged with long fringe that moves as you walk. It comes in khaki and in red. The midi dress is fitted, with a padded round neck, padded shoulders and fringed cap sleeves. The cardigan is relaxed, with a ribbed crew neck and fringe at the sleeve hems. The knit top has a mock neck that buttons at the back and fringed elbow-length sleeves. There are capri-length knit pants with an elasticated waist and a fitted knit midi skirt, so you can build a full set in either colour.
Josefina and Dante: the wool pieces
Josefina is pure fine wool with a contrast ribbed collar and a placket of bespoke buttons. The knit polo has short sleeves and ribbed hems, in violet and chocolate. All the knitwear runs in letter sizes from XXS to XXL rather than the numbered AU sizes used for the woven pieces. Fit notes vary: the Nieve dresses are regular, the Nieve cardigans and top relaxed, the Nieve pant and skirt lightly fitted, the Josefina pieces regular and the Dante tee oversized. Check the Alémais size guide if you sit between sizes. Alémais recommends dry cleaning only for every knit here. Store sequinned knits folded, never on a hanger, as the weight of the sequins and fringe pulls the yarn. Wool is best aired between wears and kept folded with cedar.
