Anna-Karin Karlsson green, purple and turquoise sunglasses

Green is the Anna-Karin Karlsson colourway the internet photographs most, from Snoop Dogg’s green Crystal Mirage to the Jade panther, and purple and turquoise are its natural companions: jewel-toned acetates coloured through, on the panthers, the White Moon, the Beaming Sky, the Strawberry Moon, the Shade of Shelly and Sirens and the Claw Plume. 16 colourways at Coveti from $1,450 to $3,120, and the rule for all of them is the same: keep the outfit neutral so the colour leads.

The greens

Emerald is the saturated green, on the White Moon square, the Beaming Sky crystal sheet, the Rose et la Roue panther and the Magic You; Jade the paler, milkier green on the Rose et le Rêve and the White Moon; Moss the olive on the Too Handsome; Summer Green the lens tint on the Claw Plume; and Emerald Crystal the crystal-set Shade of Shelly, the house’s new shell-carved square.

The purples

Purple runs through the range on the panther, the White Moon, the Strawberry Moon, the Beaming Sky, the La Vie en Rose, the Too Handsome and the Shade of Shelly: a saturated violet acetate that reads regal with black and playful with pink. Gold Violet on The Claw and the Nest Cat 2.0 is a violet lens on gold claws.

The turquoise

Pure holiday: the Rose et le Rêve, the Beaming Sky and the La Vie en Rose in Turquoise. Wear it with white and let it be the only colour.
