Totême heels, mules and loafers: the Bar, the Cutout and the Tuxedo

Pre-Spring 2027 brought three new Totême shoe families, all made in Italy. The pieces are in the Totême collection at Coveti; for other labels see designer heels, and for the next step the shoe guide guide. The Bar is the most structural: a set-back heel, a long square toe, and two heights, a 55mm ankle boot in glossed naplack and an 85mm pump with a sharp box toe in python-effect leather. The Cutout mule is strappy and curved on an 85mm heel with a partly open toe. The Tuxedo loafer is flat and formal, patent leather with a grosgrain bow, taken from the smoking slipper. 65 heels, mules and loafers on Coveti, $790 to $1,360, median $1,030. This page gives the heel heights, the leathers and how each one fits.

Key facts

  • 65 heels, mules and loafers on Coveti, $790 to $1,360, median $1,030
  • Bar mid-heel boots: 55mm set-back heel, glossed naplack goat leather, side zip, leather insole and sole, rubber heel cap
  • Bar pumps: 85mm set-back heel, python-effect cow leather, cushioned insole
  • Cutout mules: 85mm heel, glossy nappa (black, cherry) and python-effect leather (black and ecru)
  • Tuxedo loafers: patent calf leather, grosgrain bow and piping, leather lining, rubber heel
  • All made in Italy and true to size per the brand; Coveti lists EU 35 to 42

The Bar mid-heel boots

A new version of the house Bar boot, lowered to a 55mm heel that sits set back under the heel bone, which gives the boot a slight forward lean. The leather is glossed naplack, the toe is long and square, and a tonal zip runs up the side. Ash, black and cherry. The boot guide has the flat and knee-high styles.

The Bar pumps

The same set-back heel at 85mm, on a pump with a sharp box toe. The leather is python-effect, embossed to look like snakeskin, in black and ecru, with a cushioned insole. It is the dressiest shoe in the drop.

The Cutout mules

A sculptural mule on a substantial 85mm heel that curves and tapers, with straps across the foot and the toe partly open. Glossy nappa in black and cherry, python-effect in black and ecru. The insole is cushioned, which helps on a heel this height.

The Tuxedo loafers

Flat, patent and black, with a grosgrain bow and grosgrain piping round the opening, like an evening slipper made sturdy enough for the street. Wear them with the low slim satin trousers, the tuxedo shirt and a long coat. They are the most-searched shoe in this group: tuxedo loafers draw about a thousand searches a month worldwide.

Sizing

Every pair is true to size per the brand. Coveti lists EU 35 to 42; the shoe size guide converts to UK and US. On the 85mm styles, if you are between sizes take the larger one; the mule straps hold the foot, the pump does not.

Sources and method

Checked on 7 November 2026 by Coveti Editorial, the Coveti fashion desk. Product facts, the compositions, care lines, dimensions, heel heights and country of manufacture, are the brand’s own product-page text; counts, prices and price ranges are Coveti’s live catalogue on that date and move with stock; the founders’ biography and the house history come from the brand’s own pages and the press articles listed below, each read on the date above; the size scales are the brand’s own. Where a claim could not be checked against one of these it was left out, and where the fitting room is giving its own advice the page says so.
