Saiid Kobeisy at Paris couture week: The Warrior, Spring Summer 2026 and Passage Privé

Saiid Kobeisy shows couture in Paris twice a year, and the shows are where the ideas in the ready-to-wear at Coveti come from. This page covers the three collections that can be sourced: The Warrior, Fall Winter 2025, covered by Fashion Week Online in July 2025; the Spring Summer 2026 collection shown on 27 January 2026, which Sheryl Lee Ralph wore to the Actor Awards five weeks later; and Passage Privé, Fall Winter 2026, covered by Haute Couture News in August 2026. For each it says what was shown and what came down to the ready-to-wear.

“Sculpted lines echo inner strength, while fluid drapes unveil the beauty of vulnerability,” Hannah Longman wrote of The Warrior, the Fall Winter 2025 couture collection shown in Paris, for Fashion Week Online on 14 July 2025. “For the first time, this journey extends across both womenswear and menswear.”

Key facts

  • The Warrior, couture Fall Winter 2025 to 2026, Paris, July 2025: “sculpted lines” and “fluid drapes,” and the first collection to include menswear
  • Couture Spring Summer 2026, Paris, 27 January 2026: the collection Sheryl Lee Ralph wore to the 2026 Actor Awards on 1 March, black, baby blue and white
  • Passage Privé, couture Fall Winter 2026, covered 3 August 2026: the early twentieth century, Art Deco geometry in the embellishment, three to five men’s looks in velvet, satin and cashmere, about three months of hand embroidery per piece
  • The house shows from its Paris showroom on the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, opened in 2024
  • The ready-to-wear at Coveti carries each show’s ideas one season on: the black-and-white embroidery, the velvet body, the placed Art Deco lines

The Warrior, Fall Winter 2025

Fashion Week Online’s Hannah Longman described the collection as a tribute to “transformation, quiet strength, and the power of becoming,” with sculpted lines set against fluid drapes and embroideries that “trace paths of memory.” It was the first Kobeisy couture to run across womenswear and menswear. In the ready-to-wear at Coveti, the Fall Winter 2025 season is the embroidered tulle season: Italian Plum, Marlin, Light Gold and Ice Blue over tulle, with capes and bow capes in taffeta, and it is where the “sculpted line over a fluid drape” idea shows up as a fitted bodice over a cascading skirt.

Spring Summer 2026, 27 January 2026

The Spring Summer 2026 couture was shown in Paris on 27 January 2026, and its most public moment came on 1 March, when Sheryl Lee Ralph wore “an ornate, black, baby blue, and white gown” from it to the Actor Awards. The ready-to-wear of the same season at Coveti is crepe and lace in Reed, Salsa Rosa, North Sea and Cactus Flower, with off-white embroidery over Jet Black crepe on the gowns closest to Ralph’s. The new arrivals page lists the season.

Sheryl Lee Ralph arrived at the 2026 Actor Awards in “an ornate, black, baby blue, and white gown” from “Saiid Kobeisy’s Spring-Summer 2026 Couture collection,” Delilah Gray reported for SheKnows on 2 March 2026, styled by her daughter Ivy and worn with a white feathered boa.

Passage Privé, Fall Winter 2026

Haute Couture News’ Tatiana Stolyarova reported that the collection “draws inspiration from the elegance and cultural richness of the early twentieth century,” with Art Deco geometry in the embellishment, three to five men’s looks in velvet, satin and cashmere, and hand embroidery running to about three months a piece. The same report records the house as “founded in Beirut in 2000” with locations in Paris, Dubai, Riyadh and Beirut. The Fall Winter 2026 ready-to-wear is listed on the house’s own site and is not yet at Coveti.

Why the shows matter to a Coveti shopper

Because the ready-to-wear is the couture one season on, sized. The house said as much in 2010 when it launched the line, and the pattern holds: the embroidery placement, the cape, the velvet body and the colour pairings of each show arrive in the ready-to-wear the following season. Watching the couture is the best way to know what the next ready-to-wear will look like. Couture versus ready-to-wear explains the relationship.
