Eclipse: silk twill

The Eclipse print is a large abstract leaf in butter, pistachio, cocoa and black, on a silk twill that is 61% viscose and 39% silk with a soft sheen and a fluid drape.

1. Eclipse Silk Viscose Maxi Dress

A plunged neckline with a hook and eye, flared short sleeves, a gathered waist and an invisible side zip. Fit: slim through the waist and body.

2. Eclipse Silk Viscose Slip Maxi Dress

A square neckline, adjustable straps and a centre back split. Fit: relaxed and straight through the body.

3. Eclipse Silk Viscose Mini Dress with Belt

Celina: organic cotton voile

The Celina pieces are 100% organic cotton voile in a palm leaf print, sage and pistachio on black, light and slightly sheer.

A square neckline, adjustable straps, a dropped gathered waist and a gathered maxi skirt, lined in cotton. It pulls on with no zip.

Aura: the semi sheer sets

Aura is a light semi sheer woven (84% lyocell, 16% polyester) with a soft sheen, in Ivory, Rosewater, Rouge and Black. How Shona Joy sizing works

Shona Joy cuts its dresses in Australian sizes, and an AU size carries the same number as a UK size, so an AU8 is a UK 8. The Aura separates, the Celina shirt and the Mirelle dress come in letter sizes, XS to XL. Caring for silk twill and cotton voile

The Eclipse silk twill is hand wash only: cold water, a mild silk friendly detergent, no wringing, no rubbing, dry flat in the shade and a cool iron on the reverse. The label says do not dry clean, and the belt on the mini should not be washed. The Celina cotton voile is easier: cold hand wash separately, dry in the shade and a warm iron on the reverse, and it can be dry cleaned. Cotton voile softens with every wash.
