How to style Polène bags
The key to wearing Polène well is restraint: let the shape of the bag do the work and keep the rest of the outfit simple.
- Office: tailored wide-leg trousers, a silk blouse and a Cyme in a dark neutral.
- Weekend: relaxed denim, a crisp white shirt and a Numéro Neuf Mini worn crossbody.
- Evening: a satin midi dress, a structured blazer and a Numéro Un Nano.
- Travel: an oversized wool coat, clean trainers and a Nodde Hobo.
Neutral shades such as black, ebony, stone and cognac give the most wear. Deeper shades like black cherry and root work as an accent with a plain outfit.
Care
Wipe the leather with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust, and store the bag stuffed and in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature, away from a radiator.
